All in all, a lovely stay. Positive: Just a light summary of our stay — we had a great time overall. The kids practically moved into the toy corner, the table tennis kept everyone competitive, the kitchen was spotless, the beds were super comfy, and the fireplace with that perfectly dry firewood made us feel like professional campers without actually camping. Negative: A few tiny things weren’t quite our favourites: the TV was a bit on the "fun-size" side, one toilet seat seemed to be living its last days, we missed having a microwave, and the sliding door was doing its best impression of a gym workout.

Lovely and clean, big spaces, great communication, easy check in, well equipped kitchen, warm, quiet, close to the lake and supermarket. Family friendly for all ages because of the big lounge and bunk beds, games are for 6-8 and no fire guard for young ones but we managed! Thanks for a lovely easy stay for our two families (3 adults, 5 kids 0-5years)

Beautiful home, plenty of room for our whole family of 6. Just around the corner from the lake. Awesome fast responses from the owner. Highly recommend. Will book again when staying in Taupo.

Positive: Beautiful home, comfy beds, good fire, modern bathroom, kids loved the ping pong table. It has extras like games, books etc. The washing machine, dryer and dish washer come in handy whilst on holiday. In a nice quiet neighbour hood but close to the lake and not to far from town. Negative: No microwave. The wood basket inside could have been topped up with wood & kindling for arrival, had to go out to the shed for it and no firelighters or paper to start the fire.

Positive: Tafel tennis Tafel voor de kinderen! Genoeg droog hout voor de kachel!
