Tūī Cottage

Great place for a relaxing stay Positive: Great spot, amazing and very helpful host. Middle of winter but nice and warm with lots of heating and extra blankets if needed. Super close to lake and walking tracks, great place to stay! Negative: Oven was a bit tricky to use, took ages to heat up and all the numbers have rubbed off on the cook top. Was a bit dark in the living space as some lightbulbs were not working (or we just didn’t find the right switch!).

Negative: There is no heat pump or any other heating that I could find, apart from the open fireplace which might be fine if you intend to stay all day in the house, otherwise not really. Otherwise everything was entirely adequate.

Positive: We loved our stay at Tui Cottage, it was a great location and a lovely property for a family holiday
