Close to Lake with Wi-Fi

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing, as the property had cleanliness and maintenance issues that did not meet Positive: The location Negative: Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing, especially considering we paid $1,009 for the first 3 nights and an additional $225 for one more night, bringing the total cost to $1,234. There were several issues with the property that made our stay uncomfortable. The bedrooms had a significant cockroach problem, which was very concerning. The house was also very old, including the furniture, which appeared quite dated and in need of updating. The stairs were extremely steep and difficult to use. The Wi-Fi information provided was incorrect, which made connecting difficult. The hot water was another major issue. There were 8 of us staying, and the hot water went cold after only 2 showers, even though we limited each shower to approximately 5 minutes. This was clearly not enough hot water for a group of 8 people. The downstairs bunk room had a strong damp smell, making it unpleasant to stay in. The kitchen floor was also very creaky and noisy. For the amount we paid, we expected the property to be clean, comfortable, well maintained and suitable for accommodating 8 guests. Unfortunately, the condition of the property did not meet our expectations. We had 4 adults 2 teens ,9 year old n 1 year old. We hope the owners/management take this feedback seriously and address these issues for future guests.

This was a cute and cozy accommodation that catered for the needs of my family quite perfectly. Positive: The location great as it was close to all necessary amenities and my needs were catered for Negative: As we stayed during winter, downstairs was cold so we had the provided heaters going but it kept tripping the power

Love little cosy home with excellent location and close to the lake. Positive: We loved the location of the property with a supermarket and takeaways nearby. The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of beds. The beds were comfortable. The heater was amazing as it warmed up the home nicely. The tv was excellent as it connects to the wifi. Having two toilets was great. The deck was great to gather together on. Lovely little home We enjoyed our stay Thankyou Negative: What let down the whole property down was the backyard, in the photos when we were booking there’s a photo of a large backyard with a tree, we booked this property so there was room outside for the children to run around and play outside but when we got there, there was a house built in its place making no room outside for the children as promised in the photos. We did find the stairs quite dangerous as they are skinny to walk down having a few near misses. The toilet upstairs doesn’t flush properly even when holding the button for a while.

Great place to stay, comfortable, great location, everything we needed. Positive: The size of the house was perfect for our group and the location, it had everything we needed. We loved the deck.
